Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
